When hardware approaches EoSL (End of Service Life), businesses could either obtain a maintenance service from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or purchase a new hardware which comes at a premium cost. As a low cost alternative, SSI offers third party support for your maintenance needs without any drop in quality.

Support Level Features

Cloud: Cloud is the on-demand availability of the resources that can be accessed over the internet. Infrastructure can be on-premises or a third party provider. Cloud can be categorized into 3 solutions: Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud.

Public Cloud: defined as computing services wherein the data can be accessed through internet that offers by a third party provider.

Private Cloud: similar with the public cloud including scalability and self service through proprietary architecture.

Hybrid cloud: is a cloud computing environment that uses a mix of on-premises, private cloud and a third party provider
