SSI Cares for La Mesa Nature Reserve

Since its formation last January 2018, StrategicSynergy, Inc. (SSI) enforced their third SSI Cares activity last July 7, 2019 at La Mesa Nature Reserve, Quezon City.

La Mesa Nature Reserve is surrounding the La Mesa Reservoir, Metro Manila’s source of drinking water.
Activities such as trekking, biking, trail running, tree planting and bird watching can also be done in the zone.

Volunteers of SSI Cares took part in the “Protect A Hectare” initiative which aims to rehabilitate the environment through tree planting. La Mesa Nature Reserve team presented its programs & ecological awareness lecture, and taught the volunteers on how to properly plant the saplings.

With a total of fourteen (14) volunteers, SSI employees headed to the site via tractor and planted around 400 Malapapaya saplings.
