Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as: prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assignes sales quota
  • Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and
  • Perform telemarketing tasks and will work with Pre-Sales Engineer to provide sales support when conducting product presentations to customers

Qualifications:

  • BS Computer Science or graduate of any four (4) year IT related courses.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in IT Sales with proven track record
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills; highly confident, aggressive and self-oriented
  • Must have a "Hunter" mentality in seeking out new business accounts, and at the same time is comfortable with handling corporate accounts
  • Has creativity, determination and a positive attitude
  • Teamplayer, ambitious and persistent

  • Provides technical designs, information and configurations to account managers
  • Implements and supports storage, back-up, archiving and tape solutions for a wide range of clients
  • Provides technical support to clients such as, but not limited to :
    • Installation of OS and software upgrades
    • Setting up of servers
    • Replacing failed hardware and
    • Addressing system problems
  • Provides high level problem troubleshooting

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any IT or Engineering course
  • 6 months to 1 year experience on server management and/or Linux/Windows platform management
  • Has good understanding of systems engineering methodology and practices
  • With good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good technical writing/documentation skills
  • With good problem-solving skills
  • Has the willingness to learn and share knowledge
  • Organized and has strong sense of accuracy
  • Must be knowledgeable in technical, pre and post sales support
  • Has knowledge and experience in Linux and Windows background
  • Experience in Redhat Linux will be an advantage
  • Must be amenable to start working ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Provides pro-active assistance to Sales and Engineering groups
  • Ensures that all requests for services are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for the processing of Sales Orders from PO to Delivery
  • Monitors and tracks all Sales Orders and Delivery
  • Supervises the monitoring of all Client Invoices for payment
  • Responsible for the monitoring of warranty and maintenance period of all installed equipment sold and maintained by the company
  • Maintains accurate detailed records, quotations and confidential files.
  • Assists the Account Managers and VP, Admin in the review of Manage Services and Maintenance Contracts
  • Prepares Weekly Sales and Revenue Forecast
  • Maintains a database for all suppliers' quotations for easy access of equipment and spare parts prices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field from a reputable college/university
  • At least 1 year of working experience as Administrative Assistant (experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage)
  • Has strong knowledge on standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality and take initiative
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and assertive
  • Has in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite especially MS Excel
  • Can work under tight timeline and manage competing priorities
  • Has keen attention to detail and strong concern for accuracy

Job Description

  • Provide pre-sales activities support, including high-level and detailed design phases through to actual migrations and implementations on medium to large projects
  • Advising on all facets of Information Security, so as to facilitate compliance with security policy and business requirements
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, advising of security considerations during design of new solutions or changes to existing solutions
  • Assist Business Development activities by qualifying and quantifying opportunities, analysing business requirements and providing solutions to meet requirements
  • SOC, data protection and related experience desirable

Desirable skills

  • Expert knowledge of Information Security principles and practices
  • Broad understanding of IT Security principles associated with I & AM, SIEM, networks, internet, email, operating systems, firewalls, VPN's, databases, virus management, intrusion detection, cryptography and e-commerce, with high level expertise/specialisation in several of these fields
  • Advanced project, analysis, problem solving, and business relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Solid writing and communications skills
  • Ability to work within challenging business environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as a security architect
  • Certification such as MSCE, CISSP, CISM, etc.
